Instant Mango Pickle
Ingredients
Raw Mango – 1
Chilli Powder – 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida /Hing – ¼ tsp
Salt – To taste
Oil – 1 tbsp
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves – 1 sprig
Method
1. Chop the mango into small pieces.
2. Mix chopped mango pieces with chilly powder, turmeric powder, and salt
3. In a pan heat oil, add mustard and allow to splutter, curry leaves, asafoetida/hing & saute and add it to mango pieces
4. Mix all the ingredients well and its ready to serve.

Preparation time 15 minutes. Store it in refrigerator, use it before 1week. |
Mouth watering mango pickle is ready. It goes well with curd rice. |
