 Dal curry





Ingredients
1/2 Cup rajma
1/2 Cup dry green peas
1/2 Cup dry white peas
1/2 Cup chickpeas/ kabuli Channa
1/4 cup peanuts/ground nuts
1 large onion
2 large tomato
4 green chillies
4 clove garlic
1 1/2 inch ginger
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 inch of jagree
4 tbsp tamarind juice
1/4 tsp mustard
1/4 tsp jeera/cumin seeds
1/2 tsp garam masala (optional)
curry leaves
3 tsp oil
salt to taste

Method

Step 1
>Soak  all the dal like rajma, green and white dry peas, chickpeas and groundnut over night and boil it .
>Next take 1 cup of boiled dal and grind it to fine paste and keep aside

Step 2
Grind 1/4 of onion ginger,garlic and green chillies and keep aside

Step 3
>Take a pan add oil mustard, jeera curry leaves when it crackles add grinned onion paste and saute for few minutes till the raw smell disappears.
>Add onions saute it for 2 minutes and next add tomato and saute it till it becomes soft.
>Next add boiled dal, grinded dal, turmeric powder, tamarind juice, jagree, garam masala and salt to taste.
>Mix it well add some water and boil it in medium flame for 15 minutes and its ready.
 


Soak  all the dal like rajma, green and white dry peas, chickpeas and groundnut over night and boil it . Next take 1 cup of boiled dal and grind it to fine paste and keep aside. Note: grind the dal when it is in room temperature, it may spatter when you are grinding

Grind 1/4 of onion ginger,garlic and green chillies and keep aside



Take a pan add oil mustard, jeera curry leaves when it crackles add grinned onion paste and saute for few minutes till the raw smell disappears.


Add onions saute it for 2 minutes and next add tomato and saute it till it becomes soft.

Next add boiled dal, grinded dal, turmeric powder, tamarind juice, jagree, garam masala and salt to taste.



Mix it well add some water and boil it for 15 minutes. And its ready.



Preparation time 1 hour, it goes well with rice and chapathi

Polymer clay green pendent Roll green clay with white clay, make long stick, cut into 3 piece and  join all the 3 sticks together. Roll all the 3 stick to single stick and slice it using sharp knife. You get the above design. Take small ball of white clay roll it, place al the sliced clay on it and again roll it using a roller till the surface is smooth and even. Cut the clay according to your desired shape and the be a d is ready to bake. Preheat the oven to 220 degree F and bake 30 minutes and the be a ds are ready to make any kind of jewellery. Jewellery box DIY Things required : A wooden jewellery box, acrylic or oil paint or enamel paint , paint pen (gold color), Gold beads, and glue to stick beads. If paint pen is not available, you can use fev i cr y l metallic paint or gold enamel paint First apply paint on the box let it dry for 30 minutes. Next take paint pen of any color, i took gold color and draw design on all the sides of box , i made mehandi design and at last stick the beads using glue.
