Dal curry
Ingredients
1/2 Cup rajma
1/2 Cup dry green peas
1/2 Cup dry white peas
1/2 Cup chickpeas/ kabuli Channa
1/4 cup peanuts/ground nuts1/2 Cup rajma

1 large onion
2 large tomato
4 green chillies
4 clove garlic
1 1/2 inch ginger
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 inch of jagree
4 tbsp tamarind juice
1/4 tsp mustard
1/4 tsp jeera/cumin seeds
1/2 tsp garam masala (optional)
curry leaves
3 tsp oil
salt to taste
Method
Step 1
>Soak all the dal like rajma, green and white dry peas, chickpeas and groundnut over night and boil it .
>Next take 1 cup of boiled dal and grind it to fine paste and keep aside
Step 2
Grind 1/4 of onion ginger,garlic and green chillies and keep aside
Step 3
>Take a pan add oil mustard, jeera curry leaves when it crackles add grinned onion paste and saute for few minutes till the raw smell disappears.
>Add onions saute it for 2 minutes and next add tomato and saute it till it becomes soft.
>Next add boiled dal, grinded dal, turmeric powder, tamarind juice, jagree, garam masala and salt to taste.
>Mix it well add some water and boil it in medium flame for 15 minutes and its ready.
Grind 1/4 of onion ginger,garlic and green chillies and keep aside |

Add onions saute it for 2 minutes and next add tomato and saute it till it becomes soft. |
Next add boiled dal, grinded dal, turmeric powder, tamarind juice, jagree, garam masala and salt to taste. |
Mix it well add some water and boil it for 15 minutes. And its ready. |
Preparation time 1 hour, it goes well with rice and chapathi |
