Egg Manchurian

Egg Manchurian 
I love all kind of Manchurian, till now if i go to any restaurant i first order Manchurian it may be gobi, mushroom or our Indian version paneer. I first cooked Manchurian when i was in school, and i tried with almost all the vegetables like potato, carrot, sweet potato, raw banana, left over idli list goes on. I am grown up in a joint family and  i was famous for preparing Manchurian, all   use to like it a lot. Scroll down for the recipe. 

Egg Manchurian



 Ingredients
  • Egg 4-5
  • onion 1 small size
  • half capsicum/bell peppers chopped
  •  2 tsp ginger chopped
  • 3 tsp garlic chopped
  • 1 green chilli chopped
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp chat masala
  •  2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 4 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 cup corn flour
  • 1/2 cup maida/ plain flour
  • coriander leaves chopped for garnishing
  • salt
  • oil

Method

Step 1:

>Hard boil eggs and remove its Shell. Cut them in cube shape and sprinkle chat masala on it
>Next take a bowl mix corn flour, maida, garam masala, turmeric, and salt to taste with water to idli batter consistency
> and deep fry the eggs dipping in the batter, till its crispy.

note: don't fry for long time it becomes hard

step 2:

>Take a heavy pan, saute ginger, garlic and green chilli till the raw smell disappears
> Next add onion and capsicum saute till the onions are golden in color.
>Add soya, tomato sauce, chilli powder and salt to taste. sprinkle little water.
> Immediately add the fried eggs and mix it well in high flame, if its sticking to pan you can sprinkle some water.
> Garnish with coriander leaves.....

Egg curry

Egg curry  Ingredients: Boiled egg 4 1/2 tsp jeera/cumin seeds 2 tsp ginger garlic paste 1cup onions chopped 1cup tomato chopped 1/2 tsp chilli powder 1/2 garam masala 1/2 tsp suger 1 tsp kitchen king masala 7-8 curry leaves 4 tsp oil chopped coriander leaves salt to taste  Method 1. Boil 4 eggs and peal the shells and roast it in a pan with 2 tsp oil and keep aside(shallow fry) 2. Take a pan add oil, jeera, ginger garlic paste,curry leaves saute until the raw smell disappears. 3. Add onion saute for 2 minutes and next add tomato saute till it is soft and add water and boil it for 2 minutes 4. Next add chilli powder, kitchen king masala, garam masala, sugar and salt and boil for 3 minutes 5. At last add shallow fried eggs and boil for another 2 minutes and egg curry is ready. 6.
