Spinach/palak pigeon peas rice:                               Spinach is very nutrient dense food. Its an outstanding sources of vitamin A and C , spinach provides  less calories, is fat and cholesterol free, and an excellent source of iron . It contains a mineral that helps to lower high blood pressure. It fights against eye diseases and heart diseases..                      Best way to store spinach is keep in a air tight container or in a plastic cover tied tightly, by this method of storage, you can retain its nutrients and last long for many days.....        Spinach/palak pigeon peas rice:                   I use spinach a lot, every alternative days i prepare spinach dishes and here comes spinach pigeon peas rice, if you don't have pigeon peas you can use fresh peas also....

For the above coffee mat, what i did is made a chain stitch of 8 and enclosed the 2 ends and continued the single knot stitch  till 4 rounds, next  5th round i made 1 chain stitch and 1 single stitch, 6th round 2 chain ,1 single stitch and left gap between every Single stitch. 7th round 3 chain, 1 single stitch and left 2 gaps between every  Single stitch and you get a round mat.  for the outer frills i made 6 chain stitch, 1 single stitch leaving 2 gaps in between every  Single stitch, u get a U shaped frill....

Vase/ acrylic painting .... Used tissue papers, sticked it on the below box with paper glue... . stick the paper 2 to 3 times and left it to dry for whole day. when it is dry you can draw or directly paint, can use any kind of paint, i used acrylic paint.....you get a marble finishing after paint because of tissue paper texture. Dreams!!!             Dream is one of the most important part of my life. I like to pen down few things about dreams and my perception about dream. I can say sleeping is the best part of my life, because most of the time i get dreams and less nightmares. I dream what I see, the real face of real people that I have seen during my life time. I have seen hundreds and thousands of faces through out my life and have endless supply of characters. i see them atleast  once in my dream.      If my day was stressful i get dream on negative emotions like anxiety, fear, sadness. if i am happy whole day, i get dreams on positive emotions like happy, smiling, laughing, flying etc etc.       I get many dreams in a single sleep, each and every dream is a small episode. very short dream , some have meaning and some don't have....

Valentines Day           Valentine's Day is the day for celebration of love. People say red is a color of Love,  Love is for expression, Love is blind, love is worship and many more..       If its raining outside and you feel like eating something hot and crispy to go with a nice cup of chai(tea), this is what should be making Palak Pakode, Nothing like that to have hot during nice, cold, rainy weather. yummy !         My mom use to batter fry onions, potato , banana, paneer, bell peppers , she is really a innovative cook. By using her techniques i just created this pakode dish with palak, onions, paneer, bellpeppers, the taste is really incredible. I pinched myself twice did i prepare this, because of my husband feedback he said its fantabulous. yuppy happy...............!!!         A bowl of gram flour, pinch of turmeric, chilli powder, salt and some jeera. Chop and add onions and mix all these with a little water. Deep fry and  you get some easy pakodas.                          Winter Winter Winter Winter time for me is full of light, full of bright because of Christmas and new year. I just want to spend my time sitting on couch with hot chai (tea) wow!!! really i cant do this :( because of my little one....  I loved about this winter is shopping, grabbed all the things i wanted, loved the concept of thanksgiving discounts in US... Apart from this i enjoyed eating, i started liking even a simple dish like lemon rice, dal rice, this ''winter''  made me a foodie. But i made a big mistake, i committed a sin!  a sin of preparing fried food, ho noo now i gained my weight, the only one punishment for this sin is exercise exercise and lots of exercise..... i feel like i will be not forgiven  for this sin, loosing weight is really difficult if you are a big foodie. Hope for the best, will I be forgiven?.. ..
