Dahi puri/chats Dahi Puri is my all time favorite chat. I just can live with chats. In Bangalore VV puram kave galli (food street/chat street) its my all time favorite, even Malleshwaram 8th cross chat shop , Adigas goalgappa etc etc are my favorite all time, OMG! my mouth is watering...      Dahi puri is perfect for both kids and adults who can't handle fiery spicy panipuri. Dahipuri tastes good only when curd is fresh and in perfect consistency ie. neither too thick or too thin, the sweet curd and a tangy chutney a balanced taste will be a perfect chat palate.If you have not tried this, try it for sure. Dahi puri  Ingredients : Makes 1 plate     Puri - 7 puris     Curd - 1/2 cup     Sev - a handful     Boiled potatoes - 1/2 cup     Meta Chutney/sweet chutney - 2 tbsp     Onion - 1 medium sized chopped     Tomato - 1 small size chopped      Carrot - 1/2 cup grated       Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp chopped finely     Chat masala powder - 1 tsp     Cumin

Dinner table candle decor....(DIY) Simple easy and elegant

Rose Flower cake  My first birthday cake order.....This is a plain vanilla cake with gum paste roses . Method: Step by step rose making guide For making this design i used the above icing funnel, this design is made around the wall of the cake. For border of cake i used  V shaped  funnel. Leaves are made using V shaped funnel I used confetti gel to write on the cake, any kind of  fruit jam can also be used.

Easter Egg painting For painting eggs i used acrylic colors. To make those designs i used black sketch pen/marker . Happy Easter To All

Red and B lack clay bracelet Take a small ball of red clay, wrap it with black and then white, black and last red as shown in picture, next roll it into thin stick. Slice half inch each using sharp knife, and next make a hole using toothpick and be a ds are ready to bake. for this beed you need to preheat the oven to 250 degree F and bake it for 30 minutes. Temperature and baking time depends on thickness and size of be a ds. I used clear stretch cord to make this bracelet. 

Brown wooden finishing necklace and ear drops

Mango smoothie            Mango is the national fruit of India, Pakistan and the Philippines. This smoothie is just a nourishing blend of fresh natural fruits, tastes good and more over good for health. The mango can be the sparkle in any smoothie, it can be added in any smoothie just to enrich the taste. Serves 2 Ingredients: 1 cup diced mango, 1/2 cup diced banana, 1/4 cup pealed and diced apple, 2tbsp yogurt, 2 tbsp sugar. Cardamom a pinch(optional), cold milk (optional)   Method: Blend all the above ingredients to thick paste, if required add cold milk (optional) Mango smoothie is ready with in 10 minutes..

Multi color set /polymer clay set/ pendent, ear drops, bracelet. For this i require 5 different colors, i rolled all the colors using brown/black. Next stick all the colors together. Roll all the sticks together and make a single long stick as shown in picture and slice it. You can use that sliced clay to make any jewelry. Take a thick rolled clay and stick all the sliced clay on it and roll it using roller, you get a flat smooth finishing, use a cookie cutter  or sharp knife to cut your desired shape, and its ready to bake.   I made all the above jewelry using the same technique.

Purple Be a ded Triangle Bracelet Step1 : To make shades, take 2 color cut into triangle shape place it like  as shown in the picture and roll it, next fold it and again roll it repeat the technique for more than 10 times you get a shades(shown in below picture) S tep 2: i made 2 sets of shaded clay and rolled it tightly without any air bubbles. Step 3: The rolled clay make it more thinner like a stick, then cut it in to small stick join all the stick, make triangle shape pressing its edges, and cover it with purple clay, don't disturb the shape. Step 4: Try to minimize the size of the clay with out disturbing the shape and make a long stick. Cut the clay with clay cutter or sharp knife and make a hole using toothpick. And the be a ds are ready to bake, bake it in a 300 degree fahrenheit preheated oven for about 25 to 30 minutes and remove it from the oven, cool it before making jewelry.  Step 5: to make those small be a ds i made a thin sti
