Mango smoothie
           Mango is the national fruit of India, Pakistan and the Philippines. This smoothie is just a nourishing blend of fresh natural fruits, tastes good and more over good for health. The mango can be the sparkle in any smoothie, it can be added in any smoothie just to enrich the taste.

Serves 2

Ingredients: 1 cup diced mango, 1/2 cup diced banana, 1/4 cup pealed and diced apple, 2tbsp yogurt, 2 tbsp sugar. Cardamom a pinch(optional), cold milk (optional)  

Method: Blend all the above ingredients to thick paste, if required add cold milk (optional)

Mango smoothie is ready with in 10 minutes..
