Khatta meeta watermelon juice Ingredients 4cup watermelon cut into cubes 1/3 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup water  2 tsp mint paste/ pudeena paste 1 tsp ginger paste  3 tsp sugar 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp chat masala  Method Blend all the above ingredients together until it is smooth, garnish with mint leaves and chopped ginger and serve it with ice cubes

A fresh, delicious smoothie is a great option for meeting your daily protein needs. Ans whats better way to start your day that with a healthy protein drink at breakfast? This recipe combines fruits and nuts for a delicious and nutririous morning smoothie. Ingredients  1cup banana peeled, 1cup peeled apple, 1 cup raspberries, 1cup peach fruit, i cup mango peeled ( all are cut into small pieces) 1/2 cup sweet curds, 8 to 10 walnuts or almonds, sugar optional according to taste.  Method : Combine all the above ingredients together in a blender or food processor untill smooth and enjoy !

Mushroom fried rice...... Ingredients   Serves 2 Cooked rice 1 bowl 4 big mushrooms sliced 1 cup sliced onions 1/2 cup fresh peas 2 tsp crushed black peppers 3 tsp Butter 1/2 tsp jeera/ cumin seeds salt to taste Method > Take a pan add butter  jeera saute it for a minute. > Next add onions and peas saute till both are cooked well later add mushrooms and saute till the raw smell disappears >At last add cooked rice pepper and salt mix it well......Hot mushroom fried rice is ready to serve ....

Watermelon lemonade

Watermelon lemonade Light  and refreshing summer drink. This is good for hot and humid weather. Easy to make. Taste the watermelon before making this drink, if its sweet avoid adding sugar. Hope all will try this recipe.... Ingredients : Serves 2 2 Cup chopped watermelon 4 tsp lemon juice 2 tsp sugar a pinch of salt 2 cup water  Method: Blend all the above ingredients in a mixer or food processes. Your drink is ready in a minute .......

Strawberry and pineapple muffins Ingredients  1 (4 ounce) can crushed pineapple 4 chopped strawberries (medium size) 1/2 cup butter, melted and divided 2 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 tablespoon baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 egg, beaten 1/2 cup milk 1 tsp vanilla essence Method First take beat it till its soft and creamy Take baking powder, baking soda mix it with all purpose  flour and keep asid e Next take a separate bowl beat butter and sugar and add vanilla essence and beaten egg and mix it well Next mix both dry and wet part together ie,1) mixture of baking soda & powder and flour . 2) egg, butter ,sugar and vanilla essence. Carrot cauliflower dry curry/ south Indian style.  Ingridiends Carrot chopped 1 cup Cauliflower chopped 1 cup Green chillies 4 Jeera /cumin seeds 1 tsp Ginger 1 inch Fresh coconut 1/2 cup 3 tsp oil Ground nuts 2 tsp Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp Urad dal 1 tsp  Curry leaves 6 to 8 salt to taste Method Step 1: Grind coconut, jeera, ginger, green chillies don't add water wile grinding,  keep aside Step 2: Boil carrot and keep aside Step 3:  >Take pan add oil mustard, when it crackles add ground nuts, saute for 2 minutes or till it is crispy  , next add urad dal, when urad dal is roasted add curry leaves.            >Next add chopped cauliflower, saute till its is cooked well, later add boiled carrots and saute for 2 minutes             > At last add grinded items   and saute till the raw smell of coconut disappears, if it is sticking to pan you can sprinkle water to avoid sticking. Add salt mix it well and turn off the stove. Curry is ready.
