    >Make a dent, add oil, yeast and hot water and make it to a sticky dough , then on to a light floured surface knead the dough for 6-8 minutes. The dough should not be too sticky or too hard .
    >Then, grease the bowl using 1/2 tsp oil and keep the kneaded dough on it and cover it with a wet cloth and keep aside in a warm place until it doubled ( for about 1 hour or less.)

   >Mine took only 30 minutes, after that dough had doubled in its size, lightly punch down the dough and transfer it to a pizza pan.
    >Preheat oven to 425 degree Fahrenheit.

    >Roll it  using a roller. If you want to get thick edges, try folding the edges.

     >keep the pizza pan inside the oven for 2 minutes and remove it.

    >Now spread tomato sauce,  sprinkle shredded cheese all around, then add vegetables and lightly brush the edges with olive oil  and again bake it for 10- 15 minutes or until bottom and the edges turns light golden brown..

Take a wide bowl, add all the ingredients like flour, salt, sugar combine well.

Make a dent, add oil, yeast and hot water and make it to a sticky dough, keep aside for 1 hour/ till it becomes double in size.

For toppings i used, onions, bell peppers, paneer, mushrooms, tomato, Basil leaves, and crushed bell peppers optional

Edges i folded , it holds the toppings  perfectly in a baking process.
I made a thin crust pizza, for thick crust you can spread the thick dough and keep in oven for 4 minutes rather than 2 minuets before topping it...

Remove from the oven after baking for 2 minutes, cool it for 5 minutes and spread pizza sauce.
Pizza sauce, you can spread tomato sauce if you don't have pizza sauce...
Mozzarella cheese   (shredded), ( you can also add equal quantity of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese for different taste )

Next spread  Mozzarella cheese  (shredded) and your desired veggie.

For Indian taste i added paneer cubes and chat masala optional.
Bake it for 10 to 15 minutes or till the crust is crispy in 425 degree Fahrenheit (Don't forget to preheat)

Acrylic Abstract painting

This is my first painting on a big canvas, i took 4 days to complete this art piece with tones of intervals, enjoyed each and every step wile painting this....   “The moon is a loyal companion. It never leaves. It’s always there, watching, steadfast, knowing us in our light and dark moments, changing forever just as we do. Every day it’s a different version of itself. Sometimes weak and wan, sometimes strong and full of light. The moon understands what it means to be human. Uncertain. Alone. Cratered by imperfections.” ― Tahereh Mafi , Shatter Me
