By using her techniques i just created this pakode dish with palak, onions, paneer, bellpeppers, the taste is really incredible. I pinched myself twice did i prepare this, because of my husband feedback he said its fantabulous. yuppy happy...............!!!

A bowl of gram flour, pinch of turmeric, chilli powder, salt and some jeera. Chop and add onions and mix all these with a little water. Deep fry and  you get some easy pakodas. Ho dont worry scroll below for a detail recipe of palak pakode

When the word pakode comes to my mind, my mind just walks towards railway Station!!! wondering rite....there was a chat shop near to railway station in my home town, he use to make a simple onion pakode so tasteful yummy....my mouth is watering......Even now when i go to my home town i visit that shop without fail..... Even my mom prepares pakodes  it looks delicious and tastes delicious... I don't know what  you people call pakode as HE or SHE, in my school days i use to call it as ''Crispy Lady''..

I am very happy to say that my little one liked this, this was his plate, he had full without leaving a bite. One thing i discovered is he likes capsicum(bell peppers), he was searching for capsicum inside  the dish and first finished it and remaining later. I think he liked the color green or liked the taste of capsicum or he liked the aroma of capsicum or he liked the whole dish. OMG i really don't know what he actually liked in this dish. Acrylic Abstract painting

This is my first painting on a big canvas, i took 4 days to complete this art piece with tones of intervals, enjoyed each and every step wile painting this....   “The moon is a loyal companion. It never leaves. It’s always there, watching, steadfast, knowing us in our light and dark moments, changing forever just as we do. Every day it’s a different version of itself. Sometimes weak and wan, sometimes strong and full of light. The moon understands what it means to be human. Uncertain. Alone. Cratered by imperfections.” ― Tahereh Mafi , Shatter Me
